- ➤ After his preliminary hearing yesterday, 26-year-old Bailey Foht was charged in the hit and run death of 38-year-old Kalissa Reeder, who was struck at the Locust and Loras intersection, and his arraignment will be held on July 7th as he faces two felony charges of homicide by vehicle, two charges of involuntary manslaughter and a driving while barred charge.
