Dubuque named Joe Pregler as its new Chief Information Officer—he is replacing retiring Chris Kohlmann, who served in City IT for over 42 years.

The Iowa House advanced a bill on April 24 that, if it becomes law, will offer rural grocers matching funds up to $100,000 for upgrades to utilities, equipment, and technology.
