ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ Dubuque residents can recycle old holiday lights at local drop-off sites, including the Municipal Services Center and public libraries, until Jan. 10, using a program that turns materials like copper and plastic into new goods (reducing landfill waste). WJOD
