- ➤ The Dubuque Museum of Art announced Monday that it received a $500k gift from the Kemper Family Foundation to help fund its new programming pavilion and east outdoor terrace — a facility that will include a gallery, movie screen, cafe and performance space as part of a $69 million upgrade project. - ➤ Construction on the new Dubuque Museum of Art campus began downtown after a $500,000 donation from Kemper Family Foundations, UMB Bank national association, Trustee and the museum will name the east outdoor terrace at Seventh and Locust streets in honor of the gift.
