- ➤ An affordable housing project in Dubuque called Boundless on Bluff has received a $1.3M grant from the Iowa Finance Authority to transform two empty lots into a six-plex for people at risk of homelessness. The project will be finished in 2027 and includes $226,000 for tenant support services — provided by Community Solutions of Eastern Iowa. KCRG
