COMMUNITY NEWS
- ➤ Dubuque residents can register for free monthly virtual workshops on the 12 Steps to Town Making, which will guide small-scale development projects in their neighborhoods. The first session is scheduled for Tuesday at noon and additional sessions will follow on the third Tuesday of each month for the next 12 months—sponsored by the City of Dubuque Economic Development Department and conducted by Neighborhood Evolution. - ➤ Dubuque Main Street is asking residents for input on improvements to the downtown Farmers Market (May–October) to determine if changes are needed; survey responses will be accepted online until November 30 (feedback will help shape the market schedule). Radio Dubuque
ECONOMY NEWS
- ➤ Dubuque Regional Airport will offer a special Thanksgiving Eve flight to Chicago’s O’Hare on November 26th via Denver Air Connection. The flight will leave at 6:30 p.m. and land around 7:35 p.m.—it also qualifies for a $100 airfare rebate on round-trip bookings. WJOD

- ➤ The City of Dubuque will host a free, virtual 12-Step Workshop series on local development at noon on November 18th so residents can learn to turn ideas into projects. The workshops will run every third Tuesday until November and offer clear guidance through each project step — providing locals with practical tools for neighborhood improvements. WJOD
- ➤ Dubuque Regional Airport and TSA will host a TSA Pre-Check enrollment event from Tuesday, December 16th to Friday, December 19th; travelers may walk in but are encouraged to make an appointment for faster processing. Radio Dubuque
- ➤ Dubuque Regional Airport is hosting a TSA PreCheck enrollment event from December 16th to December 19th to help travelers move through security faster (appointments run from 9 AM to 12 PM and 1 PM to 5 PM at Airline Ticket Office #2). Applicants must bring ID and proof of citizenship, complete fingerprinting and a photo, and pay $76.75 for a five-year membership. WJOD
