- ➤ The Dubuque Saint Vincent de Paul organization will break ground on an urban farm on Radford Road on Monday (4:15 p.m.) in partnership with the John Deere Foundation to grow produce year-round for its Voucher Center Food Pantry on Iowa Street. The project, planned for years, will feature a 1300 square foot greenhouse from Farmtek/Growspan to cultivate fruits and vegetables including bananas. Radio Dubuque

- ➤ Loras College celebrated the inauguration of Michael Doyle as its 27th president on Friday—school leaders also announced that their Rooted in Legacy, Rising Together initiative has passed the halfway point in raising $20 million for student scholarships and academic programs—and will complete the fundraising by May.
