- ➤ The City of Dubuque is budgeting $100K for a Police Department Space and Feasibility Study that will evaluate space options, future expansion, and security and vehicle access concerns — the study comes as the department shares the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center with the Sheriff's Department and only four workstations serve 50 officers.
