- ➤ Yesterday, Iowa added $200,000 to the Choose Iowa Farms to Food Banks Program in Hiawatha—helping food banks buy local farm products with matching funds that double the support for working families. Agriculture Secretary Mike Naig said the program now reaches 300 vendors and more than 80 percent of food banks reported interest, and it will expand this year. KCRG
