Law enforcement and concert organizers are urging patience as nearly 20,000 people plan to attend the Field of Dreams concert series near Dyersville over the weekend, with gates opening at 9 a.m. on both days.

Traffic is expected to peak from 3 to 6 p.m. — visitors should plan extra time since shuttle service has been cancelled.

College and K-12 students ride free on the Jule bus during school days in Dubuque; college students must show an I.D. (2025-26) and 6th through 12th graders need a student I.D. (third year of the free fare program).

Local officials in Dubuque say political yard signs must be 32 square feet or less and placed away from public right-of-ways—if a sign is posted in the wrong spot, it will be moved back to private property with a violation notice.

The rules also forbid signs on trees, utility poles or medians—campaigners must follow these guidelines during elections.
