- ➤ Dubuque Police said that 35-year-old Andrew Steil lost control of his vehicle due to a medical issue on the 21-hundred block of Central Avenue just before 4 p.m. Monday—triggering a chain reaction collision that injured 32-year-old Morgan Smiley from Savanna, who was taken to Mercy Hospital. - ➤ A Dubuque man was sentenced to two years in jail after pleading guilty to theft charges for a break-in at a Peosta residence at the end of March—31-year-old Ryan Humphreys was arrested in late April for stealing over 10-thousand dollars in property. Radio Dubuque
