- ➤ A vehicle crashed into a downtown Dubuque building on Sunday at around 4 p.m.—74-year-old Betty Accola from East Dubuque was injured while trying to park, with minor damage reported to the building. Radio Dubuque

- ➤ Anderson Sainci and Nancy Bradley filed papers yesterday to seek a third four—year term on the Dubuque Community School board while DeLano Cain—Watson also filed for a ballot spot and is running for Dubuque City Council Ward One. Radio Dubuque

- ➤ Yesterday, researchers from the University of Iowa and City of Dubuque tested a pump system in Coralville that simulates a rainstorm capable of flooding over 1,000 local businesses and homes. The pump is part of the Bee Branch Watershed Flood Mitigation Project— a $250 million effort that will redirect storm water to natural creeks, ponds, and green spaces, with construction set to finish by August 2027.
