- ➤ Dubuque police say an Asbury cycle rider was injured Tuesday afternoon near 3:20 on Decorah Street — 36-year-old Benjamin Shatto was turning onto Avoca Street when a vehicle driven by 59-year-old Darren Garrity, backing out of a driveway, collided with him and Shatto was taken by private vehicle to Mercy Hospital. - ➤ Dubuque police arrested 52-year-old James Bodish Wednesday evening after he allegedly hit a man on the head with a metal pipe at a Hy-Vee gas station on South Locust Street and drove off with a pickup truck and trailer— the injured man was taken to Mercy Hospital and Bodish now faces first degree robbery charges.
