- ➤ The Iowa Attorney General’s Office report concluded that Dubuque County officers acted legally on July 1 when they fatally shot a Linn County man near Cascade after he resisted commands and reached for a handgun—his actions endangered officers and the public. The Gazette

- ➤ Crescent Community Health Center in Dubuque is expanding its dental services by adding oral surgeon Doctor George Anastassov (over 30 years of experience) in October.
