- ➤ The University of Dubuque’s Wendt Center received a $355K grant from the Educating Character Initiative to expand its character and leadership programs. - ➤ The Dubuque recycling station moved from 925 Kerper Court to The Jule Operations and Training Center at 949 Kerper Blvd due to a planned construction project—officials from the Dubuque Metropolitan Area Solid Waste Agency said it will remain at this temporary site until the end of October.
