- ➤ A Dubuque man with outstanding arrest warrants, identified as 33-year-old Travis Patrick Nelson, was arrested Saturday, July 29 after a high-speed motorcycle chase in McGregor and Marquette — he sped at over 80 mph, ran a stop sign, crashed into an oncoming vehicle with no serious injuries, and now faces charges including eluding police, reckless driving, and driving with a suspended license.
