- ➤ A cyclist riding RAGBRAI’s final leg was hit on Saturday morning on 150th Street north of Manchester in Delaware County when a 59-year-old biker riding a Harley Davidson accelerated up a hill into a full lane of riders—witnesses said he yelled before striking a 37-year-old cyclist who sustained minor injuries. - ➤ On Saturday night in Dubuque, police arrested 50 yr old Lionel Stampley after he threatened another man with a machete measuring 23 inches on the 1400 block of Washington Street at about 7:35 p.m.—a 61 yr old man was also arrested minutes later for assault and mischief. Radio Dubuque
