- ➤ Dubuque Police arrested 33-year-old Joslyn Garrett (from Saint Louis) after she pointed a handgun at a man during an argument at a residence in the 700 block of West 8th Street on Tuesday around 2:45 p.m., charging her with assault while displaying a dangerous weapon and marijuana possession with no injuries reported.
