- ➤ Kenneth Moore (51) fired a gun during an argument and was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison after Dubuque Police arrested him in August 2023 following a report of shots fired on Stafford Street, with his 11 prior felony convictions barring him from owning a gun. Radio Dubuque

- ➤ The Figge Art Museum announced it will display 10 masterpieces on loan as part of the National Gallery of Art’s 'Across the Nation' Lending Initiative — a celebration of America’s 250th birthday featuring works dating from 1537 to 1700 by artists including Lucas Cranach the Elder, Anthony van Dyck, Frans Hals, and Louis Vallée.
