- ➤ Dubuque’s Kwik Care program has donated over $2.2 million to local non-profits through its monthly spare change campaign since 2002 — a milestone reached with help from customers and local partners like Kwik Stop, Dairy Queen, and Rainbo Oil. - ➤ 19—year-old Sylvester Hubbard, who was arrested earlier this month for allegedly pointing a handgun at another teen during a brawl at Comiskey Park, is scheduled to enter a plea on July 7 in Dubuque County District Court and faces charges of willful injury-bodily injury, going armed with intent, assault while displaying a dangerous weapon, and participation in a riot following a June 9 incident.
