- ➤ Dubuque police say a hit-and-run killed 38-year-old Kalissa Reeder on Thursday near Loras College when she crossed the street against a red light—26-year-old Bailey Foht fled the scene and was later found at a hotel early Friday, and he is charged with leaving the scene of an accident. KCRG
- ➤ A 28-year-old Dubuque man, Payton Walker, was arrested on disorderly conduct charges on Tuesday morning at 8:15 a.m. at O’Leary’s Lake after a fishing dispute led him to allegedly display a gun without aiming it at the other angler — no injuries were reported. Radio Dubuque
