- ➤ Dubuque police charged 23-year-old Naiche Jacobs with first degree arson after he allegedly started a fire on a loading dock at 499 Main Street on June 2nd—he was later arrested and taken to Dubuque County Jail with a $20,000 bond. Radio Dubuque

- ➤ Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds signed a drug pricing law on Wednesday that limits pharmacy benefit managers from keeping the difference between what they pay pharmacies and what they charge insurers—forcing a pass through pricing model.
