- ➤ On June 5, Dubuque police found a man's body in a parked car at the parking ramp at 110 W-4th street and said the vehicle had been there for a while with no threat in the area. KWWL
- ➤ Three men were arrested by Dubuque Police after they forced open an ATM at Fidelity Bank & Trust on Cedar Cross Road and stole $33,600; they face charges of Criminal Mischief, Ongoing Criminal Conduct, and Theft— and are now held at Dubuque County Jail pending release to ICE. KCRG
- ➤ Dubuque Police are investigating a death after finding a man in a vehicle parked in the 4th Street Parking Ramp yesterday at 4:45—his body was sent to the State Medical Examiner for an autopsy—with no immediate threat to the area. Radio Dubuque

- ➤ Iowa Senate President Amy Sinclair said Thursday that the bill limiting eminent domain and regulating hazardous liquid pipelines is unconstitutional because it may lead to higher legal fees and lost economic development — and the measure now awaits Gov.
