Zero Sugar Hydration
Dehydration isn’t only about water. It’s about losing BOTH fluids and electrolytes. If you’re just replacing one of them, you’re still running low.
The more you sweat, the more dehydrated you’ll get. Make sense?
To rehydrate, you’ll need to consume more electrolytes. The problem is: most electrolyte drinks are actually just sugar drinks. Electrolytes are only an afterthought.
Luckily there’s LMNT: a zero-sugar electrolyte drink (mixes + sparkling!) that delivers a meaningful dose of electrolytes free of sugar, artificial colors, and other dodgy ingredients.
LMNT helps to prevent headaches, fatigue, and muscle cramps while also supporting a low-carb lifestyle.
Use LMNT to kickstart your day, enhance your workouts, recover from a late night, or even breeze through jet lag.
Ready to give LMNT a try? Enjoy a FREE sample pack of eight flavors today with any purchase (even if it’s not your first order!), plus a money-back satisfaction guarantee. Seriously—if you don’t like LMNT for any reason, they’ll give you a refund no questions asked.
