- ➤ A discarded cigarette in an ash tray caused a house fire early Saturday morning at 3775 Hillcrest Road in Dubuque as firefighters arrived just before 5 a.m. and put out flames that spread to the kitchen and dining room — with damages estimated at $28,000 and no injuries reported. Radio Dubuque
