- ➤ Dubuque County Sheriff said Andrew Foust, a 43 year old man, was arrested late last night in Zwingle after he broke into two homes and attacked a neighbor on Prospect Street with a broken window frame that caused lacerations and a brain bleed, then later entered another home using a snow shovel and faces several charges after reportedly consuming psychedelic mushrooms.
