ACCIDENTS NEWS

  • Trisha Brookins, a 46-year-old Dubuque teacher at Central DeWitt Middle School, died in a crash on Wednesday in DeWitt when a possible medical emergency led her vehicle to veer off 190th street, hit a home, and ignite a fire & left the school community grieving.  KCRG
