- ➤ Dubuque-based HODGE will take over the Waterloo warehouse from Ryder System on July 24, affecting 153 workers (many of whom may join its new team) as operations continue; the move follows its selection as a John Deere partner. WJOD
- ➤ John Deere will callback nearly 50 workers at its Dubuque Works, Davenport Works and Coffeyville facility to support production in construction, forestry and drivetrain components. Some workers returned in March and additional callbacks will occur throughout April. KWWL
CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ The Archdiocese of Dubuque announced a reorganization of its 160 parishes to consolidate weekend Mass into 24 pastorates beginning July 14 as part of its yearlong Journey in Faith process, with Archbishop Thomas Zinkula stating pastorates will share leadership, ministries, and resources.
