- ➤ Dubuque will spend $130 million to upgrade its sewer system, which will raise monthly sewer bills by 9% to improve capacity for future growth. The project begins with the Old Mill Road Lift Station set to finish in December 2026 and a public input session scheduled for April 24th. KCRG
- ➤ The City of Dubuque’s Parks and Recreation Department launched an initiative that lets residents share ideas and feedback to shape a master plan for local parks over the next 10 years.
