- ➤ A recent visit to Locher Recreation Area near Cascade shows soft trails, nesting geese, and active fish even in early construction. Dubuque County Conservation now asks residents for input on shaping trails, fishing access, and kayaking opportunities. WJOD
- ➤ Dubuque’s Town Clock on Main Street is set to light up by this summer after the city council unanimously approved a privately funded project led by Dubuque Forward. The work will be completed by July 4th, with the city covering long-term maintenance & electrical costs. Radio Dubuque
