GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • On Monday, the Dubuque Parks and Recreation Commission met at 4:30 p.m. at the Comiskey Park Building to discuss a proposal that would allow dogs and cats in all city parks if pets remain on a leash and owners pick up after them—supporters cited benefits while opponents raised concerns about waste being ignored.  KCRG
