- ➤ Sentencing for Hiawatha man Jarod Anderson was delayed Tuesday—his letter requesting new counsel went missing amid an attorney-client breakdown, forcing the court to postpone his sentencing until a new attorney is appointed. KCRG
ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ Today, the Iowa DNR is conducting its annual prescribed burns across several counties including Dubuque to improve wildlife habitat and lower wildfire risks by clearing dead vegetation and controlling invasive species. Trained crews monitor weather and safety conditions—burns are scheduled from mid-March through mid-May to protect public lands as nature renews. WJOD
