- ➤ A Cuba City woman was injured when she crashed her motorcycle in downtown Dubuque on Friday afternoon (around 1:15 p.m. at the intersection of Elm Street and 16th Street) after running a red light to avoid a collision, and she was taken to Finley Hospital while police cited her for failing to provide proof of financial liability, operating without a registration card, lacking a valid driver’s license, and not stopping at a red light (citation details noted). - ➤ 21-year-old Dubuque man Elias Croft was arrested after allegedly striking and dragging a man near Wendy's on 16th Street around 8:00 p.m. Friday and now faces charges of assault while displaying a weapon, a second offense OWI, and third degree harassment (he is in Dubuque County Jail on a $20,000 bond).
