- ➤ The Telegraph Herald reports that Hillcrest Family Services has listed its 75-bed Seippel Road facility for sale after a restructuring plan fell through due to state funding changes. Officials say about 50 residents will be moved into smaller five-person homes around Dubuque. Radio Dubuque
