- ➤ Changes to SNAP work rules began Feb. 1 after the 'One Big Beautiful Bill Act' expanded who must work—Eastern Iowa food pantries now expect higher demand and advise residents to check with Iowa HHS soon if they qualify under the updated requirements. KCRG
